Toddler Teacher – Early Learning Classroom
Location: The Learning Experience – Worcester, MA
Pay: $20–$22 per hour

The Learning Experience – Worcester is seeking two certified Toddler Teachers to support children during an important stage of language growth, independence, and social development.
This role is ideal for educators who enjoy guiding young learners through structured routines and hands-on exploration in a collaborative classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily classroom routines for children ages 12–36 months
- Support language development and early social interaction
- Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
- Assist with meals, diapering/toileting readiness, and transitions
- Maintain classroom organization and safety standards
- Communicate with families regarding daily activities and milestones
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Toddler Teacher certification required
- Experience working with toddlers preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Dependable and team-oriented mindset
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
