- Lead and support early childhood classrooms across age groups
- Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
- Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidance
- Step into classrooms as needed to support staffing, ratios, and daily operations
- Observe children's development and maintain required classroom documentation
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with teachers and center leadership
- Maintain safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environments
- Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies

Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher Certification required
- Qualification to work across multiple early childhood age groups strongly preferred
- Previous professional childcare, preschool, or early childhood teaching experience required
- Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Comfortable leading a classroom and supporting different age groups
- Dependable, flexible, organized, and team-oriented
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
