Pay: $23 per hour, based on experience and Massachusetts EEC certification
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Provide attentive, loving care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom
- Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized care plans
- Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
- Encourage early language, cognitive, motor, and social-emotional development through responsive interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment
- Observe developmental milestones and communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with fellow educators to provide a consistent, high-quality learning experience
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety requirements

Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
- Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Patient, dependable, and nurturing approach
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
