Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom for infants and toddlers
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage exploration and development
- Support children's language, cognitive, sensory, physical, and social-emotional growth
- Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines
- Observe developmental milestones and communicate regularly with families
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership to provide exceptional care and education
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards

Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler) required
- Previous experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, nurturing, and professional approach
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
