Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young learners
- Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support children's social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development
- Foster independence, problem-solving skills, and positive peer interactions
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Maintain classroom organization, documentation, and compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations
- Collaborate with center leadership and teaching teams to ensure program excellence
- Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities and developmental progress
- Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required
- Minimum 6 months of classroom experience required (1+ year preferred)
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
- Competitive hourly pay of $20–$22 based on experience and credentials
