Location: The Learning Experience - Franklin, MA
Pay: $21-$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Assist with daily infant care routines including feeding, diapering, bottle preparation, and nap schedules
- Build positive relationships with infants through attentive and responsive caregiving
- Support age-appropriate activities that encourage cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment
- Observe and support children's developmental progress
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children preferred
- EEC Teacher Certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, nurturing, and dependable personality
- Ability to lift, carry, and actively engage with young children throughout the day
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements
