Preschool Teacher
The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a certified Preschool Teacher to support children ages 3–5 in a structured learning environment focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and social-emotional development.
The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a certified Preschool Teacher to support children ages 3–5 in a structured learning environment focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and social-emotional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement developmentally appropriate preschool learning activities
- Support early literacy, math readiness, and classroom participation
- Maintain classroom organization and daily routines
- Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates
- Collaborate with teaching team members and leadership
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing standards
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required
- Prior preschool classroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
- Team-oriented and dependable mindset
Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
