The Learning Experience in Torrance is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Center Director to support daily operations and help lead our school community. This role partners closely with the Center Director to ensure strong classroom quality, maintain licensing compliance, support enrollment efforts, and guide teaching staff.

What You Will Do
• Support the Center Director with daily school operations and administrative responsibilities
• Assist with staff scheduling and maintaining proper classroom ratios
• Help coach, mentor, and support teaching staff to ensure classroom quality
• Conduct tours and assist with enrollment and family engagement
• Ensure compliance with California childcare licensing requirements
• Support staff meetings, trainings, and school events
• Help maintain a positive and organized school environment for children, staff, and families

California Requirements
• Minimum twelve ECE units required
• Additional administration or leadership experience in a licensed childcare center preferred
• Must meet California state background check and health requirements
