The Learning Experience in Timnath is hiring a nurturing and energetic Twaddler Teacher to support children during this exciting stage of rapid growth and discovery. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys helping young learners build independence, communication skills, and confidence in a structured yet playful environment.
What You Will Do
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children ages two to three
- Support social, emotional, language, and motor development through play based learning
- Guide children through daily routines including meals, diapering or potty training, naps, and transitions
- Encourage independence, positive behavior, and early classroom skills
- Communicate consistently with families to build strong relationships
- Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom
Colorado Requirements
- Must meet Colorado PDIS requirements at Level 2 or higher. Verification required prior to hire.
- Pyramid Plus or Infant and Toddler Certification is a strong plus but not required

- Experience working with twaddlers, toddlers, or early childhood education preferred
- Patient, dependable, and attentive to safety and routines
- Passionate about early childhood development and nurturing care
