Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Provide warm, attentive care to infants in a safe and structured classroom setting.
- Support early development through sensory play, music, language exposure, and age-appropriate activities.
- Maintain daily routines including bottle feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized care plans.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding daily activities, milestones, and progress.
- Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with Massachusetts EEC health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to deliver high-quality infant care.
- Massachusetts Infant Teacher certification required.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or daycare setting.
- Strong understanding of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable, patient, and passionate about early childhood education.
