Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Lead an infant classroom that prioritizes safety, comfort, and individualized care.
- Support early development through sensory play, language exposure, movement, and daily routines.
- Use The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to guide intentional infant learning experiences.
- Communicate consistently with families regarding feedings, naps, milestones, and daily activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets all Massachusetts EEC health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and leadership to ensure consistency and quality of care.
- Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required.
- At least 6 months of infant classroom experience (1+ year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
