About the Role
The Learning Experience – Dedham is hiring a passionate Toddler / Preschool Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role supports children ages 2–4 in a nurturing, structured, and play-based learning environment designed to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a toddler or preschool classroom in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment
- Implement The Learning Experience curriculum to support social, emotional, and early academic growth
- Guide and support assistant teachers to maintain classroom consistency and quality
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates
- Partner with center leadership to uphold licensing standards and classroom excellence
Qualifications
- Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool/Toddler Teacher qualification (or ability to meet requirements)
- At least 1 year of experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
