About the Role
The Learning Experience – Billerica is hiring a dedicated Early Childhood Education Teacher to support our preschool classroom. Our school offers a nurturing, play-based learning environment where children build confidence, independence, and foundational academic skills.
This role is ideal for a preschool or daycare teacher who is passionate about early childhood development and wants to grow their career with a well-established childcare center in Billerica, Massachusetts.
What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate preschool classroom
- Deliver play-based lessons using The Learning Experience curriculum
- Support children’s social, emotional, and early academic growth
- Communicate regularly with families about daily activities and progress
- Work collaboratively with teaching teams and center leadership
- Maintain classroom standards aligned with Massachusetts EEC regulations
What We’re Looking For
- EEC Preschool Teacher certification (or ability to meet MA requirements)
- Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a preschool or daycare setting
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
