The Learning Experience in Spring Hill is hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to support school readiness and guide children in a structured, playful, and nurturing environment. If you enjoy creating meaningful learning experiences that prepare children for kindergarten and beyond, this is a wonderful opportunity.
What You Will Do
Create a positive and engaging classroom for children ages 3 to 5
Design and implement hands on lessons that support early literacy, math, social skills, and creativity
Build strong relationships with children and families
Maintain daily routines and a well organized learning environment
Implement TLE’s award winning LEAP Curriculum
Promote independence, problem solving, and confidence

Tennessee Requirement
Must have credentials documented in TNPAL and meet Tennessee child care training standards. CDA or related early childhood coursework is a plus.
