The Learning Experience in Germantown is seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Floater Teacher to support our classrooms and team. If you enjoy working with children of all ages and want to make a difference in a fun, positive environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
- Provide classroom support across all age groups, from infants to preschool
- Assist lead teachers with daily routines, activities, and supervision
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for every child
- Support learning and play experiences aligned with TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum®
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and joyful center environment
- Communicate positively with staff and families to ensure consistency and care
Tennessee Requirement
Must have credentials documented in TNPAL (Tennessee Professional Archive of Learning) and meet Tennessee childcare training standards. Infant/Toddler Certification or related coursework is a plus.

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
