Sign On bonus: $1,000 after 90 days of employment
Location: Arvada, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday, (No weekends)
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
- Support each child’s growth through responsive care, tummy time, and sensory play
- Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules
- Communicate warmly and consistently with families to build trust and connection
- Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum® designed for infants
- Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom
Must hold a Level 2 or higher on the Colorado PDIS. Infant/Toddler or Pyramid Plus Certification is a strong plus. (Verification required prior to hire.)
- Experience in infant care, childcare, daycare, or preschool preferred
- Positive, reliable, and attentive to safety and detail
- Loving and patient with a strong passion for early childhood development
