About The Learning Experience
The Learning Experience – Dedham is seeking a nurturing, energetic Toddler Lead Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. Our center is committed to providing a joyful, safe, and inspiring environment where children ages 1–2.5 years old learn and thrive through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the toddler classroom to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum designed to promote curiosity, independence, and social development.
- Mentor and guide assistant teachers, modeling best classroom practices.
- Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and updates.
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements and health and safety standards.
Qualifications

ECE certification (required).
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a toddler or preschool classroom (1+ year preferred).

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
